Triple-Layer Burrito Bake

If you are a fan of burritos, you’re in for a treat! This Triple-Layer Burrito Bake is super easy, very affordable, and absolutely delicious. If you choose the right ingredients, you can make it low-fat, too. Depending on how much you eat, this can feed 4 to 6 people. Here’s what you need:

Three Burrito-Sized Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 Can Fat-Free Refried Beans, Cooked
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef, Cooked according to taco seasoning directions
1 Cup Shredded Taco Blend Cheese, Divided
1 Roma Tomato
1/2 Cup Shredded Lettuce
Sour Cream – Optional

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray the bottom of a Doughmakers 9-in. Round Cake Pan with cooking spray. Create three identical layers in this order: Tortilla, Refried Beans, Hamburger, Cheese. Once you have three identical layers, place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. It’s great served with Mexican rice and chips and salsa, too. Voila!
